It all started on a rooftop in the jungle.
In 2022 I showed up to a business retreat in Tulum, months after hitting my first consistent $10k cash months. It was a gift to myself and while I expected business upgrades, I had no idea they would happen like this.
When I first read 'breathwork' on the schedule, I thought "thank God..."
I needed some time to relax after two full days of constant talking. Boy was I wrong.
As we started the session, the calming yoga music turned into jungle beats and the breathing pattern we had just been taught started to hit. My hands clawed up, my whole body was tingling, I started seeing visions, and tears were pouring out of my eyes for no apparent reason.

Feeling on top of the world after breathwork the night before.
I had no idea what was happening, but I knew everything had changed.
The months following, all my resistance in life and business seemed to melt away. I landed a TEDx talk, hit my first $20k and $30k months, hired a team member, went viral on IG, and grew my audience to over 100k+.
I started shedding weight without trying, everything for the wedding I was planning fell into place, I became more alive and joyful again... it was like a real weight was lifted off me.
And it wasn't just me...
I brought a breathwork teacher into my programs to assist my clients and immediately saw an improvement in their results. Things that normally would take a bit of repetition to stick, were hitting them immediately. I knew I had discovered a super power.
I decided to become a breathwork facilitator for myself. I got certified under several teachers, studied the history and different methods of breath, practiced daily myself.
Now, breathwork has become the most influential tool in my life, my business, and the lives of those I work with.
